What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay), bank transfer, and purchase orders for business customers with an approved credit account.

Card payments are processed securely — we never see your full card number. For bank transfer, details are provided at checkout and orders ship once funds clear; send proof of transfer with your order number to speed this up. To apply for a credit account, contact us.

All prices exclude VAT. 7% VAT is added at checkout and shown separately. We issue full VAT tax invoices to both individuals and companies.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Items in stock normally dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. We ship throughout Thailand, and standard shipping is free on orders over 1,000 THB.

Made-to-order and special-order items — including perception kits, configured edge computers, and anything not held in stock — have longer lead times. The product page or your quotation states the expected lead time. If you need a firm date, ask us before ordering.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order or return an item?

Consumers may cancel by giving us written notice within 7 days of receiving the goods, under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (Section 33). No reason is needed. We refund the full amount paid within 15 days of your notice (Section 36).

Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and anti-static bags. Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods were faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

Custom-configured and special-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace, repair or refund at no cost to you.
